'Drop crotch' jeans trend: Hot or horrible?
Mon Jan 30, 2012
Maybe plastic surgeons could install saggy breasts to go with them.
Occupy DC faces eviction as deadline passes
Mon Jan 30, 2012
Lets see......1% at the top. OK. These must be the 1% of the bottom. That leaves 98% of us that can think and act on our own. Somebody down there needs to take a bite of reality.
A sad end to Saab's story
Wed Dec 21, 2011
A Saab sob story. Couldn't resist the pun. Used to sell these things. Most were unreliable, strange looking things. Had a lot of owner complaints but they would come back and buy another. Go figure.
Why we hate taxes (it's not what you think)
Tue Dec 20, 2011
I don't mind paying my fair share of taxes but what frosts me more than those that don't is the way the government spends it. All kinds of bad programs, bailouts, and just plain dumbness. Overpaid stumps and slugs working the government "system". Graft and payoffs.
Housing market improves, but foreclosures spoil the party
Tue Dec 20, 2011
Moved to Las Vegas last year. Since the market was so depressed we figured we could get a lot for the money. Looked for 90 days before finding what we wanted. We were amazed ourselves how it worked out. Was a foreclosure in an upscale Hollywood Heights HOA neighborhood.
Deadly snowstorm halts travel across Great Plains
Mon Dec 19, 2011
Weather reporting many times is beyond inane. The reporters stand outside in hurricanes to show us how bad the storm is. They stand in flood waters to show us how bad the flood is. They stand in snow blizzards....etc. etc. Maybe they could stand in a forrest fire to show us how hot it is?

Tue Dec 13, 2011
Would be happy to have $50k a year family income. The author of this article is a jerk. He has no clue. Probably gets an allowance from his mommy and daddy.
Chunk of LA street, cliff slide into Pacific
Mon Nov 21, 2011
Poor babies. Buying property on a beach bluff or ocean front has always been risky for, as all intelligent people know, the coastline is constantly shifting. I guess they feel that because they have the money to live there that mother nature will give them an exemption.
Tensions high amid 'Occupy' crackdowns
Sat Nov 12, 2011
I am not in the 1% nor am I in the 99%. I am in the 98% that have a problem with both sides. The OWS 99% dont speak for 99% of Americans. They only speak for themselves.
In rural town, Norway attacker seemed a city loner
Fri Jul 22, 2011
Wars, terrorism, killing have been going on since man appeared on earth. Nothing new. As the world becomes more populated the killing will escalate. No need to live in fear. Just live prepared.
